The Itinerary:

Day 1:
|
ACTUAR welcomes you!
You will be picked up at the International Airport and driven to a charming hotel in San José. Dinner and lodging in the hotel. *(D)

Day 2:
|
Journey to ASOPROLA in Altamira de Biolley
7 a.m. Breakfast; 10 a.m.: Your Group Coordinator will pick you up at the lobby of the hotel and take you to ASOPROLA in Altamira de Biolley (6 hours), where you will stay in La Amistad de Asoprola Lodge. Lunch at La Amistad.
"Ice-breaking activity" - welcome and introduction to the Asoprola Project, afterwards orientation in the town. 7:30 p.m. Dinner and lodging at La Amistad *(B,L,D)

Day 3:
|
Volunteer work in Asoprola
6 a.m. Breakfast, 7-12 am: community work: e.g: Painting the school of Campo Community or any other work needed. 12 am. Lunch, 1-3 p.m continue with your volunteer work, 3 pm: cultural activity (e.g Barbecue), 6:30 p.m. :Dinner. Overnight in La Amistad de ASOPROLA Lodge. *(B,L,D)

Day 4:

Volunteer work in Asoprola
6 a.m. Breakfast, 7-12 am: community work, 12 am: Lunch, 1-3 p.m: Continue with your volunteer work, 3 p.m: cultural activity (e.g Creole cooking lessons), 6:30p.m.: Dinner. Overnight in La Amistad de ASOPROLA Lodge. *(B,L,D)

Day 5:

Volunteer work in Asoprola
6 a.m. Breakfast, 7-12 am: Community work (e.g. Work at the organic vegetables orchard), 12 am: Lunch, 1-3 p.m. Continue with your volunteer work, 3 p.m.: cultural activity (e.g Soccer Game!), 6:30 p.m. Farewell dinner: Volunteers plan a recreational activity for the kids and community members in Asoprola! Overnight in La Amistad de ASOPROLA Lodge.*(B,L,D)

Day 6:
|
Way to Manuel Antonio
6a.m. Breakfast, 7 a.m.: Communtiy work (e.g. Work at the organic vegetables orchard), 12 am: Lunch, 1 p.m.: Departure to Manuel Antonio, 3:30 p.m.: Arrival at Manuel Antonio and lodging in a charming hotel in Manuel Antonio. Dinner on your own. *(B,L)

Day 7:
|
Manuel Antonio National Park
7 a.m Breakfast in the hotel, 8 a.m: Visit to Manuel Antonio National Park with your group coordinator. Explore the jungle and beaches. Lunch on your own! 3:30 p.m. Transfer to San José. Lodging in a charming hotel in San José, 7:30 p.m. Dinner at your hotel.*(B,D)
